FIFTY YEARS AFTER THE DEATH OF COUNTRY MUSIC LEGEND, HANK WILLIAMS, NEITHER HE OR HIS MUSIC ARE FORGOTTEN


Dustin was chosen as the TNN/Southwest Airlines Hank Williams Look-a-Like Contest Grand Prize winner a few years ago. He a large repertoire of traditional/modern country songs and has performed across the country, gained national/international airplay of his own music, cover songs he has recorded, and that of his first tribute album, "An Echo From The Past...A Tribute To Hank".

Dustin has a broad range of styles and individual charisma. Bob Everhart, president of the National Traditional Country Music Association, Anita, IA., has credited Dustin Hunt as "...one of the finest Hank Williams singers around...he can entertain any crowd...he has the same ‘soul' that Hank had. Dustin performs one of the best Tribute shows to Hank Williams ever done". This year Dustin is looking forward to completing his second tribute to Hank album, working on another self-penned project, gaining new sponsors, and entertaining the world.

Mike Johnson has been an avid Hank Williams fan for many years. Johnson was inducted into the America's Old-Time Country Music Hall of Fame, located in Anita, IA. in 2002, by the National Traditional Country Music Association. This singer, songwriter and yodeler with more than a dozen releases on Lawrence Records of Nashville, has about 1300 songs in his catalog.

Hank Williams has had such an impact, spanning over half a century, on both young and old in the world of country music. Fifty years after his death, with re-recordings of his songs by several artist and numerous tributes such as "Hank Sang Mostly Sad Songs" and "Echo Cross This Land‘, which are being featured at WWW.DH-Music.Com, neither Hank Williams impact nor his music well be forgotten.
