NO BULL SONGS and M3:Music NORWAY Sign Licensing Deal for Scandinavian/Nordic Markets

Oslo, Norway May 28, 2003 -- M3:Music AS announced that they have signed a licensing deal with US-based No Bull Songs for distribution of the new Kenny Butterill "JUST A SONGWRITER" CD throughout all Scandinavian and Nordic markets.

Tom E. Skjølingstad, Managing Director of Norway's M3:Music AS said, "we are very proud to announce this deal. The CD from Kenny definitely fits very well in our territories, which have great success with Alt-Country/Roots music. With our strong distribution in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Finland we have a very good feeling for large volumes and we're excited to start the real work."

No Bull Songs CEO James Crandell said, "We have been working on this deal since we met with M3 at Midem 2003 in Cannes, France. With their proven track record, M3:Music will be a great partner for us in key markets where we have strong market appeal."

Meanwhile, Kenny Butterill's "JUST A SONGWRITER" CD continues a strong showing in the leading USA-based Roots/Americana music charts. In Europe. where his CD has yielded two Top 10 Country crossover hits in four months, Swedish journalist Kenneth Lundstrom of Sodra Dalarnes Tidning said, "Artists like Butterill are exactly what Nashville needs as a counterbalance against all the mediocre pop country" while Lars Lindberg of Sweden's MCWC Radio commented
"...the variety of music is great and there is something for each and all on this album …I consider it to be a masterpiece".
