JJ Slim announces National Media Contest

JJ Slim features JJ Slim on harmonica and vocals, and Mark Siet on guitar, vocals and songwriting.
They are husband and wife.
Their music makes you feel good. Listening to their songs you get a sense of energy and fun transformative in scope. Their Blues songs are bright filled with laughter and good thoughts.
Jazz selections are versatile and yet easily accessible even by the non Aficionado. Most impressive of all are their romantic ballads where you get a deep sense of their committment to their music and the deep enduring love and passion they hold for each other.
     Recently Mark Siet, songwriter and spokesman for JJ Slim said this:
"Here we are in the home stretch for JJ Slim Its about time we had National Exposure. Our music is much too incredible to limit ourselves to the Internet amidst various websites. Sure we're getting lots of hits on these websites but we want to expose our music to America because our sound comes from the very essence that is America. Listen up America. JJ Slim wants you. We can use all the help we can get. We're looking for shows like Oprah, the Tonite Show, Letterman, Larry King, Imus, Tech TV, etc. to boost ourselves right into national prominence. It's one thing to have the national exposure but to get this and have the kind of music that we're playing is a bird in the hand. We're a shoo in for success because of our Xtreme marketability. Everyone loves our music who listens to it. The problem with various record companies we've approached is that they are looking for canned music, or a look or whatever but have forgotten that good music always sells. JJ Slim is a band that has been developing all along. Our vision of "the Other Side of the Blues" in our songs lets the genre have new life. The Blues is wonderful. Why not share a vision equally magical and motivating to go along with the Blues. Take our music combined with the interaction that JJ and I have together and its a one hundred percent winning combination. You know it doesn't hurt to ask which is why we are setting up this National Media Contest
Members of the Media who wish to participate are invited to listen to our music, call us on the phone, and generally promote us as they have no other artist.
